Access to or use of this BCNHORIZON portal gives you the status of a User, who accepts, when making such access or use, the General Terms and Conditions of Use stated herein. The aforementioned Terms and Conditions apply separately from the General Terms and Conditions of Contract, if any, which are compulsory.
USE OF THE PORTAL
Bcnhorizon.com provides access to information, services, programs or data (hereinafter referred to as “the Content”) on the internet, belonging to the Owners, to which the User may have access. The User accepts liability for their use of the portal. The said liability extends to registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content.
When registering, the User is responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of registration, the User will be provided with a password for which they will be responsible, undertaking to make diligent and confidential use thereof. The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums or newsgroups) that the Owners offer (now or in the future) through its portal, such as but not limited to not using them to (i) commit unlawful or illegal activities, or those that are contrary to good faith and public policy; (ii) disclose content or propaganda that is racist, xenophobic, illegal pornography, an apology for terrorism or that infringes human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the Owners, their suppliers or third parties, introducing or spreading computer viruses on the network or any other physical or logical systems that may be susceptible to causing the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, when applicable, use the e-mail accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages. The Owners reserve the right to remove all comments and contributions that infringe respect for personal dignity, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist or pornographic, are attacks on youth or childhood, public policy or security, or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, the Owners will not be liable for the opinions expressed by users through the forums, chats or other participation tools.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The Owners, by itself or as an assignee, are the holders of all of the intellectual and industrial property rights for its webpage, as well as the content on it (such as images, sound, audio, video, software or text; trademarks or logos, combinations of colours, structure and design, the selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.) owned by the Owners.

MODIFICATIONS
The Owners reserve the right to perform, without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate on its portal, being able to change, remove or add both the content and the services provided through it and the manner in which they are presented or located on its portal.

If the Owners provide links or hyperlinks to other websites, the Owners will not exercise any type of control over said sites and content. Under no circumstances do the Owners accept any liability for the content on any link belonging to a third-party website, or guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, exactness, extensiveness, veracity, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of said hyperlinks or other websites.
Likewise, the inclusion of these external connections does not imply any type of association, merger or participation with the connected entities.
RIGHT OF EXCLUSION
The Owners reserve the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal or the services offered without the need for prior notice, on their own initiative or at the request of a third party, from users that breach these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Owners will prosecute the breach of these terms and conditions, as well as any improper use of its portal, filing all civil and criminal action to which it may be entitled by law.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between the Owners and the User shall be governed by the Spanish regulations in force and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
